Hi. I just reinstalled IV over again, and going to the police station to start, my game crashed. I have only police cars modded with ELS, ELS, LCPDFR, Spark IV, ambulance mod(car), and that's it. Yet it still crashes. I just reinstalled it so I can't say much. +I'm tired. Oops, I seemed to not have certain things needed to run! NVM, this can be locked, abandoned, etc. Nevermind about that. I just started playing the game, half a sec. in, and it crashes saying to re-install the game. WTheck is going on?!?!?!?!?

Okay, I tried it again with a few really detailed and high poly cars with only the trainer and those cars. It ran for 10-20 minutes and then said the same thing, to reinstall the game. I thought the diagnostics tool only worked with LCPDFR...

I tried again with only the cars and SNT, set it to "Warp player into car", spawned one, and it wasn't there, and I wasn't in any car. Only the peds show up on streets, and all the cars are gone. My game is wierd!

EDIT: I figured out the problem, my vehicles.img wasn't there. Haha, whoops!
