Hi guys,

My problem is that I am constantly getting poping textures, It Is so annoying! I spawn one car and it happens. Lots a time during pursuits all my backup units desapawn, I call in a prisonar transport, on my screen for 2 seconds than despawns. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here are my pc specs:

My friend tried fixing it, it didn't work. I also tried lowering the graphics in game:(

Sometimes it works and sometimes it dosen't. One game I will get poping textures and some games I won't!
