What does it do? That it replaces? dsound, scripthook or something else? It needs to be put into the game? I read that it performs the same function as the dsound (or scripthook, I do not remember exactly). I hope someone can help me. Thanks in advance.

    It does the same as Dsound, but it will disable Games for Windows Live. You can only use Dsound or Xlive, not both at the same time.
