Just Try This For Fun

Featured Replies

I invite you to play LCPDFR with a traffic density of 1% to 5%. I have a system that has no problem at 100% but I put it down at 5% and did a patrol in Algonquin and had a blast!

1. Still plenty of people to pull over for violations.

2.. No getting rear ended during a traffic stop or run over while giving tickets.

3. High speed chases much much better with open roads so the AI has less to hit.

4. Backup, EMS and Firetrucks arrive on scene without having to ram through heavy traffic.

Just try it and tell me what you think. Like I said I am enjoying it even more!

How do i set it to 1% to 5%

Try this for even more fun and a little role playing.

Before the game starts make a "hot sheet" of a few cars. I do two of them. I just pick a random car and a random color. Like a green stalion and a white calvacade. During my patrol if I spot one of these cars I can pull it over for suspected stolen vehicle. I just use "other" for reason and run the license. That is as far as you can take it in the game but stiff fun. Extra fun if they run!!!

One more fun role playing aspect to do.

If I get board during the game I pretend that I get a call to a location for a small complaint. I often go to BurgerShot for a complaint of a group of young men that is hanging out and harassing customers. I go into B.S. and sometimes it's clear (they left) or sometimes there really is a group of several young men that I move outside by walking into them or using my batton. If one gives me too much lip I will frisk him often with results!

Another one I like to do is a complaint that a man in a skeleton hoddie is harrassing women outside the Westminster Apartments. I go there and look around. Most times there is nobody with that description but every now and again I spot him! Let the role playing begin!

Just having fun.

You have a lot of great ideas well done

Yeah I know what you mean.....its just that the AI cant handle all that traffic so I prefer it with less cars. To each their own.

.... I like beating the old people to death with my baton, or running over homeless people.... maybe I shouldn't join the real force :P

I just use a mod that makes the person approaching from behind you stop/start to slow down 26 seconds so they don't rearend you. And the traffic fix helps out to.
