I had a car with two perps flee on me. It finally 10-50'd and both perps got out to run. I caught the first one and handcuffed him then hit F11 to leave him there and get the second perp (the home page here says you can do this). I caught the second and went back to the spot of the first maybe gone 90 seconds total and he was gone. Is this just a game limitation?

    Oh yeah.....this is why I ask ----> "Added the ability to leave a suspect cuffed and return to him later."

    This must mean if you dont leave the immediate area I guess.
