ELS is probly one of the top things thats gonna make ur game crash, secondly any mods of any kind will to, also theres no perfect file.

You should re-install the game or you could get rid of the vehicles.img if you're running Steam version, since you can right click the game in your library, select properties and go over to local files, where you find "verify integrity of game cache." Click it and it will re-download all missing files. That way you could have the vehicles.img back with the annihilator.wft.
