Hi, so I am only a week or two familiar with modding, like adding guns and vehicles, but this one hit me right in the feels.

I started adding a little too much and triggered a random update. It stopped my game, causing me to reboot everything about it. And so I slowly followed directions and added 4 mods. 

IVDashcam, Policehelper, LCPDFR, and the trainer. Oh and um Bravehearts policing script. Its not my graphics card because the game runs fine. Its just whenever I happen to add a vehicle or gun, it says "Grand theft auto IV has stopped working!" right after it says Loading... Mission or whatever. I nearly broke a Tupperware bowl I had because I got really angry after trying. I said some quiet colorful words and surfed the web for an answer. The only option is 

"RE INSTALL THE GAME! Re install the game!.... I did, its doing the same thing. The mods work fine, but my cars and guns dont. I cant add skins either. I downloaded AST vehicles and they didnt work. The British vehicle pack, didnt work. Tried installing a glock 17. It worked! So guns now work, its just that vehicles do not. I'm not getting any fatal errors or anything.

Does anyone have an answer for this?

Is your game patched to 1070? What are your computer specs? How are you installing the mods (what program)?

Yes its patched, Im installing just manually, like scripts and such. I dont do installer programs. And I use SparkIV to inject vehicle files. Here are my specs

 Processor: AMD E1-1200 APU with Radeon HD Graphics 1.40 ghz

 

System type: 64-bit Operating system, x64 based processor

 I know my ghz is low but the game still runs.

 

I am using  PACK_CVPI_&_CHGR_LCPD vehicles. With the Tahoe, Charger, and crown victorian or whatever its called. Its never really done anything untill that update happened. BUT about two hours ago I installed 4 BF3 guns and a Noose stockade texture and then it started to say GTA IV isnt working alot more than it used to. Like today at 3 PM it was running fine, but untill I added that it didnt work. I redownloaded the vehicles.img from scratch but it still didnt work. 

I think I figured out the problem, I reinstalled all the img files. I just need a component ped one. Can you get me one? I have to go
