                                                                 IF I POSTED IN THE WRONG TOPIC PLEASE MOVE!

OK so i'm not new to modding but when it comes to ENBs i'm a noob can someone tell me what i should edit to make the ENB less bright. And also if the game is super bright and i go to my graphic or display option the bloom is disabled and that is aslo annoying if anyone can tell me why that happens.

This is how bright the ENB is before entering the graphic options, I want to turn the brightness down



This is After i exit the graphics menu. I want to fix this problem too.
