Oh boy, Where do I begin? If your planning on building it by your self: http://www.buildacomputerguide.com/, As well as google searching some products such as CPUs, GPUs, Mother boards, Cases etc. Will be cheaper for you, And no extra charge Bull S***

If you want to have a company give you full costumiability and have THEM build it for you and ship it to you with your choice of everything, Check out some sites/company's such as Origin PCs, Alien Ware (Dont recommend though, Over priced IMO) Velocity Micro Etc etc. Just look around on google, However if you have them build one for you, you'll have to pay extra,

Hope this helps, I'm not really an expert on the whole subject. JAM.

Well, Its really up to you, More RAM, Better Proceseer, Better GPU As well As More VRAM, All end up to give you a better performance PC, but, The greater the price. One of the things you can do is go to one of those computer building sites that build one for you, Attempt to build one yourself through there online interface, See whats better, And what costs more, So you can hopefully get a money to performance ratio.

PS: 200th post

Just tell us your budget and we could maybe help you a bit better ;-) There is such a diversity that we could only give you the best components for your maximum cost.

Oh and do you want to use graphical mods for GTA IV? (like ENBSeries or iCEnhancer)

And what is "some other games"? Games like BF3, Anno 2070, CoD etc or Games like GTA IV, BF Bad Company 2 (some older games)?

4000 .- Nok.

And yes, i want to play whit enb and stuff.

I have like all the sims 3 games, all the cod, and all the BF. And all on a small acer laptop.

I've built myself a custom pc and as Lil-Rich and Jam said, it all depends on which budget you're willing to spend and your own preferences. You could ask people like Iconography or Unr3al for some advice. They've helped out a lot of people with hardware issues: http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/user/1364-iconography/ and http://www.lcpdfr.com/cops/forum/user/2224-unr3al/

Of course, there are plenty of other members who would be willing to help you out
