LCPD First Response Requries a FULL version Of either Grand Theft Auto IV, And/or Grand Theft Auto IV:Episodes From Liberty City, When you download the mod, and you have no gta installed, it will have no idea where to install everything, You should just pick up EFLC Or Gta IV, And grab the mod, Hope this helps! JAM.

PS: And yes, It has to be FOR PC, NO MODs (exp for value editing, Which cannot do anything with this mod) For the PC work on Xbox/PS3.
