I got the mod to work and it is awesome I just have one issue and a question. 90 percent of the traffic is nothing but police and taxi cars, any way to fix this? Also is it possible to stop a random ped in the street and frisk them, if so how? Thank you for your time - John

#1 use default cars only? Els cars are responsible for it....

You can try using trafficflow, it should replace all taxis that are offscreen with random vehicles.
