So let me get this right, your expecting someone to make 18 textures for pretty much nothing in return.

Well you might find a kind soul out there who is willing to supply you with those textures but quite frankly everyone is busy with their own projects and some kind of bonus would definitely make this project more desirable.

Well it really depends on the texture artist and if it's a high priority project.
