With the new update I could not understand from where can i make the following changes 

 

1) 

• You can now disable various things such as
•  Police radio chatter
• Arrest cutscenes 
• Scenario cameras.

 

2)The arrest cutscene can be skipped.

 

3)Added a key definition for requesting a roadblock.

you can use the Configuration page in the new Diagnostics tool to set these options. The default key to skip the arrest cutscenes is Space. To assign a key for a roadblock (in 1.0a you had to use the quick action menu), add this to your key configuration in your .ini file: "RequestRoadblock=YourKey".

Does the road block work and by just pressing the key assigned to it does it set up or do i have to mark waypoint as where to set it ??
