ELS V7- Need Help

Hello, I am relatively new to this and I installed ELS v7. It was working fine until I installed a software update on my keyboard. I can still activate ELS but I cannot toggle the info panel or change the ELS settings. I have tried reverting to the old software for my keyboard, and pretty much everything else I could think of. Any suggestions? If it is required for more info I can use Team Viewer. I appreciate any and all help

    Try pressing the keys multiple times, Or change to what keys there mapped to, I have mine mapped to LSHIFT + LCTRL You can find how to do that in the 'Read me.'
