GTA wont start

Hello I installed GTA IV (a Legit copy Bought through Steam)  and Lcpdfr today and soon as i start GTA IV through Steam I get to the Social Login I click Play offline and it waits about 10 seconds and Then "Grand theft auto IV has stopped working But without LCPDFR it works fine Im running windows vista x86 (32bit) so i use the manual install I run the G17 Diag tool and the log reports this

Try re-installing your Scripthook.NET

 

Ive Tried Installing a New scripthook.NET and it still says its wrong and it says the LCPDFR isn't installed but it is installed in my GTA IV Root Directory
