GTAIV could not start, anyway. I fixed it with a patch.

However, now. I'm getting the infinite loading screen error.

 

Yes, this is a legit copy of GTAIV

No, it is not steam, it is store bought.

No, I do not have other mods besides LCPDFR

Yes, I have ran the diagnostics report.

Try to delete your save files. The save files are located in 2 different places.

X:Users%username%AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames
X:Users%username%DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames

Note: The AppData-folder is usually hidden, make sure that you can see hidden files.

Note 2: “X” is the drive where you have installed GTA IV, and %username% is replaced by your username

Ah, you must be some kind of legend.
