I got that fatal error and I need help and what to do. I have no clue what to do.

Does this happen when you exit the game? 

nope. the only time it happens is when I try to spawn a vehicle or  enter a multiplier game.

Remove your car mods and try the game again. 

I don't have any cars in my game. only the cars that come with the game.

What are your computer specs? Any commandlines? Legal copy? Administrator priviligies set to the game?

Legal copy of the game? Running the game as administrator? Latest patch? What other mods are you using? What operating system are you using (Windows XP is NOT supported)? Make sure that LCPDFR 0.95 is removed (http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-lcpdfr-r19).

Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

This all started after I installed the snow mod. After that, I just re-installed my game today, thinking it would get better; it haven't though
