Hi there. After installing version 1.0 yesterday with it various problems. When I want to arrest a person E is NOT working. My colleague also played in this version and told me to install a version of the 095 That this version is unstable. . I install a version of the 095, but it does not work (I deleted my lcpdfr 1.0) when I click alt + p nothing happens. I installed the needed redists and still does not work. I've read other topics, but still did not help. Please help.

Hello, first off 0.95 is much more unstable than 1.0. To start with, post a screenshot of your GTA IV directory.

You have both xlive and dsound in your GTA IV directory. Please read the manual. 

I installed the Manual Install and chose Xlive, but still the same.

Is dsound still there? Did you read the manual? 

So I read. I deleted  dsound.

And is it still not working? Does it work with only dsound instead?

Legal copy of the game? Running the game as administrator? Latest patch? What other mods are you using? What operating system are you using (Windows XP is NOT supported)? Make sure that LCPDFR 0.95 is removed (http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-lcpdfr-r19).

Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

 

I installed as it is written! When you load the save game gta turns off.

Yes. I installed  programs. I did what you wrote "Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', for the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe."

The game still does not work

Try to remove your savefiles temporarily. The save files are located in 2 different places.

X:Users%username%AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames
X:Users%username%DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames

Note: The AppData-folder is usually hidden, make sure that you can see hidden files.

Note 2: “X” is the drive where you have installed GTA IV, and %username% is replaced by your username

Delete the save did not help.

Reinstall your GTA IV then and install only LCPDFR 1.0 with the manual installer.
