Hey Guys,

 

My GTA IV would crash after exiting the police computer during traffic stops. Specifically, after I search a name and then logout. Is this a known issue, and have some sort of fix?

Hey. Which other mods are you using? Are you running the game as administrator? I see you have the freval error. The freval error was fixed for some users by doing this: Open up your LCPDFR.ini, look under "Main", it should look something like this by default:

AdditionalCopCarModels=
SuspectTransporterModels=POLICE;POLICE2;PSTOCKADE;
VehicleTrunkWeapons=Shotgun_Baretta;
AllTextMode=False
AmbientScenariosMaximum=2
AmbientScenariosMultiplier=250

Now, add to the bottom of that part

PreloadAllModels=True

The "Main" part should now look like this:

Thanks for the response. I added that entry into the ini. Currently, I have ELS, vpCallouts, VehicleSearch, SpawnCars, Breathalyser, PolicingTools and Automatic Plate Reader installed. Game is being run as an administrator.

Could you do me a favor and try to launch the game without any mods, except LCPDFR? 

Actually, I reinstalled LCPDFR and connected my account to it, so it shows up on the police computer. So far, no crashes. Keeping my fingers crossed.
