Not to bust your bubble but i don't think zmodeler supports ped modeling!, this is due to rigging 

Yes , i use zmodeler to create things.I already rigged this model in picture .   working 100% in game

Modding a ped is easy, it's getting them to work in game which is the hard part. It might crash your game or either have bugs, but nthing is 100%. I would still recommend using 3ds max. It's so much easier.
