it try's to install lcpdfr but i cant install both the visual c++ so the mod wont install and its making me frustrated what should i do to resolve the problem?

What do you mean you can't install it? We need more information about your computer + the steps you are taking. 

ok so for lcpdfr to install is need visual c++ it wont install due to a fatal error my pc has windows 7 64-bit geforce gt 640 8gb ddr3 ram

These are the files needed to run LCPDFR 1.0. Do they all give you the same error?

Sure, do that. Make sure you're installing the correct version.

Well, at the moment I do not have GTA IV installed. 

ahhh and i installed it yesterday and when i uninstalled it my pc seemed a big laggy like it wasnt smooth going to websites it would lag while scrolling and stuff u know why that happened?
