Hi guys, i assume everyone knows this mod because of its epicness, i managed to put it on an added car (with no replacing) and make it run ELS and siren.

 

everything is perfect except one thing: its back wheels are like "going underground", i tried modifying handling and so on but it just doesn't get fixed.

 

has anyone got a model that has this problem fixed?or does anyone know the solution to this? i actually spent 2-3 hours today trying to put this mod on police3 with siren and els and everything worked, just this small thing and a little help is very appreciated.

regarding my problem: is it possible that it's the center of mass in handling?I've been thinking on it quite a while.

Ok, Did you add the moreveh.img or did you add it to the veh.img file?

 

If you have a different img file for the added slots then you need to create a file for the handling file to run.

 

If that makes sense if not i have a moreveh mediafire with directions to upload and has everything you just have to add the cars of your choice and add the handling line you want to use in the file!

 

Just let me know!

which is firetruk's default one.

 

EDIT: adding a video so you can understand better - by the way dunno if i mentioned it but it's an added car, not replaced!

Damn didn't know the FDNY was in to low riders.. to be honest im not sure if that's a handling issue or model issue depends on if anyone else is having this issue which im not sure im certain that gangrenn wouldn't have released it if that had been happening to him so im pretty sure its handling try putting in a random truck's handling line like Yankee's or flatbed's for example and see what happens its worth a shot.

With both solutions above i get this(flatbed or the other handling line), it aint perfect either but its the best result so far and it doesn't jump.

Glad i could help atleast a little bit unfortunately that tire problem is most likely the Wheel COL's which can only be fixed in zmod so gangrenn would need to fix that  that's the only way I've been able to fix those type of issues

I tried using zmodeler but its damn hard.

It looks like it is where the wheels textures are bigger than the model if you get the gist-E.g The game thinks the wheels on the ground because that what the model says. But the texture is below the ground?

Ok, You should make another Handling file called "newvehhandling" and put in police3 with the line you are using, Because i dont know if you can add police3 to the reg handling file since what your doing is a extra, i have it with different files and my cars work file!
