Are you talking about GTA4 multiplayer? You should be starting LCPDFR on single-player only. If you have scripthook.dll in your folder, you won't be able to play non-mod GTA4 multiplayer servers. Play LCPDFR in single player only.

You don't need to double post, you can edit your posts. Anyways, you need all of those files, so i can't say what is the problem. You could awlays download them from some else site though. Here you can find net.scripthook: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=392325 . Here you can find Scripthook.dll: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=390582 . Also, that txt file scripthook does not have anything to do with it.

EDIT: I'm not sure about this, but i think that dsound.dll and xlive isn't compatible? Try removing only xlive and then try to start GTA IV and play the mod.

Weird one kossmoss. I can see what your saying. The issue may be because GTA4 1.0.6.1 Russian is not supported by LCPDFR? Could the development team please confirm?
