Hey guys been a huge fan of the mod for a while and just recently got back into playing the newest 1.0 version. Problem is I can't remember what radar mod allowed you to use a red circle and put it anywhere you want. Then whenever a car entered that red area you would see it's speed. This basically allowed you to park anywhere you wanted and shoot radar anywhere you wanted.

 

Is this mod still around? All the mods I've tried so far have been invisible lines infront and behind, which is cool while driving but I would like one to sit and shoot as well.

sounds like your talking about dash cam, but the was a white circle 

Yeah It sounds like DashcamIV, here on LCPDFR, but just like what Otaku said it is a white circle not red.
