hello officers, i am just wondering if somebody could help me?

 

i am wanting to know how to add emergency lights to any car, i would like an unmarked van of some sort for bait car operations but i cant find any so i thought i would add some emergency lights to a speedo or a burrito. any ideas how i can add emergency lights to the model? i know it can be done because people get normal cars for example the golf cart from the RCMP Clan they have added a lightbar to the top of it and it works. i just want to add els lights to any car is it easily done or would i have to use zmodeler or another program?

You'll have to use and have a basic knowledge of Zmodeler to add lighting equipment, among other things to models.

You have to buy it, http://www.zmodeler2.com/, make sure you buy Zmodeler 2 because Zmodeler 3 doesn't work with GTA IV's vehicle formats.
