Hey everyone. Well I decided to start a media project for LCPDFR like a Realistic World Wildest Police videos.... I have Bandit cam But and know how to use the video editor but what Cam mod can i use in gta iv to lock Cameras in a Spot like for example if i exit my police car and walk to a car. the camera will stay on the dashboard Position. :) Thanks

 

 

EDIT: Also wanted to know is it okay to use game themes that is already made like in need for speed and so on?
