I am having a problem with my ELS working and therefor the lights and sirens working properly with this..

I followed the Tutorials for Installing ELS, and still am not able to get control of the ELS in game, nor do I have any lights or sirens working from ELS keys.. The siren/horns are still working from the in game default button. Am very confused what I need to do.mygtaivrootfolder.png

Yes I have. I have all the 'necessary' files in the root folder and am able to see the Patrol Car and that perfectly fine. Just no lights, and the ELS panel is not coming up.

The latest one. ELS7 I believe. 

And I am sorry if you perceived my last reply was snotty or the like. It was not. I tend to seem serious, but really, it's just how I type. 

Well, i didnt know that it now supports 1.0.7.0, sorry for my mistake, anyways, i tested it on 1.0.7.0 (ELSV7) and it worked fine.

Which program did you use to install the car mod? 

A program is required? I just watched the videos on 'How to Setup ELS7' and did exactly those, and nothing happened..
