Exporting a car with a new template.

Hi there, i have finished a model, wanted to make a template for it, i have followed a tutorial by Corleone and everything was mapped correctly (i guess), the issue here is that, when i export the model, and put it into the .img archive in OpenIV, the car shows up without the template mapped and named as (in this case) speedo_sign_1.png, i'm quite new to zmodeler but i'm learning how to use it pretty well, hope you can give me a hand with this one.
