I have completely uninstalled everything to do with GTA 4.

Reinstalled the game via steam.

Installed LCPDFR via the auto installer

Applied the hotfix.

 

When I start the game I get an error in the top left hand corner stating Error in script LCPDFR_loader.loader!'

 

In the LCPDFR.log I get the following with each restart:

I do not have a log with the AdvancedHook.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  I tried finding the answer on my own in the forums but could not seem to find it.

Do you run the game as administrator ?

I used the automatic installer and all seemed to go well.  I ran the installer as admin and I also run the game as admin.

The freval error was fixed for some users by doing this: Open up your LCPDFR.ini, look under "Main", it should look something like this by default:
