im sorry that i ask again but when i install it manual my gta 4 quits and i cant start no matter what i try(the game stops).If its impossible i will stay with the idea that my laptop(32bit) is s**t? thanks for every usefull reply. i will try manual again but thanks if you checked my problem.

What are your computer specs? Maybe you can't run the game? 

without the mod on medium graphics work without problem! but here : Processor Inter core 2 duo cpu t6600 @2.20GHz 2.20GHz! RAM:4 GB! System type 32-bit os

I think you need to upgrade your computer, as LCPDFR is demanding. I have a Intel i7 processor, for example. Your rig isn't built for gaming.
