I have been looking around the downloads for a while and i keep finding cool cars i want to use but but when i put them to use in game none of the lights work ELS or non ELS i would like to know how to fix this. please help

Okay. Well first of all, you have to check if the car is actually ELS enabled or not. If that isn't working, download my custom ELS configuration here: http://www.mediafire.com/download/fjuk27971c09fwn/ELS.zip (hopefully that'll work)

If you have trainer enabled go to options > disable keys (on the end of first page)

And your saying you have els  installed?  Make sure the car your using is els. Also the default cruisers arent els enabled.

My game crashed when i put it in GTA IV main directory

IM having same issue, Only on modded cars. Tried 3 out and only the back lights flash
