I downloaded your mod and love it. It was working fine until last night. It now crashes, usaully after i've engaged in something. Running siren's, showing up to scene, etc. I think I have the right log error file's you need. I've tried redownloading the game from steam and also the validating file's. I didn't see any of the error's you have on previous page. I have the chevy power pack but swapped out the popatriot for a NY state police truck. Also have NY state police flattop. ELS is installed. ALPR, gTaTer fuel mod, and PSS.  Using ChikamruRealTraffic for the taxi bug. Oh and a trooper hat. I am using dsound.dll I have installed the hotfixlog_errors.txt

Mine seem's to be working again. Put in this line that I read in another post. PreLoadAllModels=True Also am running with admin right's through steam. So far so good, but certainly afraid to try to install any more mod's. Had to pull Tow truck (never worked for me anyway) and the coroner. Pull the police helper and policing tool's as well. May try the policing tool's again. I miss that radar gun. lol
