What are you talking about? Can you at least help...

He was referring to his own model, which was a LVMPD CVPI that had a bike rack on the rear. The link doesn't work because it's from a blacklisted website.

 

Do you know the name of the lightbar from the picture? That could help out greatly.

I have no idea. Do you know anyone that can mod textures and light bars and all that kind of stuff?

Are you guys a skin modder? Can you guys make the skin for the CVPI and send it with the car model?

If you give me the car model and good reference picture's I could try to make it good. As for lightbars, I can change colors on them if it's a Whelen Edge 9000 it shouldn't be a problem.

 

Edit: I'm a texture "artist", not a model "artist". Might not have been clear enough...

You've seem to have misunderstood this, I make car textures, and I can also change the colors of the lightbar, but I can't make the car nor edit the car for you. If you give me reference pic's I'm going to create the texture, however I can't make the car for you.

 

Hope that cleared up things. Don't forget to send reference picture's from the real department so I know how to make it.
