What are the minimum AND maximum pc specs I should need for 1.0.7.0? I'm running on between a low-end and a medium-end pc. I get 10 fps but Timemode v1 by GTATerminal boosts the gameplay but I'm just wondering so...yeah.

Well, GTA IV doesn't really change specs between patches, though you won't have nearly as many game breaking bugs as on earlier patches. If you have the minimum specs printed on the back of the box, you're good to go.

Edit: Just saw the title, sorry. I used to run Ice 2.1, I can say that if you drop the ENB you'll only loose maybe 15-20fps. It's hard to say exactly how much. I would not recommend an ENB on a low-spec PC. It just won't look good. Look into Realistic Timecycle 5 or RealityIV.

No redsky if you install Ice's shaders, then install ChinaGreenElvis's red sky fix over them. Worked for me great for more than a year.

I have 2.1 installed with ice's shader's..... and I don't get that much of red sky's.

go into icenhancer.ini and change the resolution to

1280x720

forceantialiasing=2

 also turn your view distance down from 100 - 35

Yeah.. This is your best answer. You are right, I forgot that you can go thought the iceconfig and change the resolution.
