I read the above thread, however, I was wondering.. Nothing on there points to how to make a car have better handling.

For example, stop it from spiing out when turning at a fast rate.

 

Which values would make the car handle well but still in some ways realistic. (Gran Turismo Style)

Have you tried Sgt.Kanyo's handling? It's very nice, but only supports the Vanilla cop cars and modded cop cars/other cars.

I did try it, however, It had a few mis-hap problems with some of my models.

Also, some of the speeds were :/ for me.
