Hi guys, I seem to be getting some kind of weird problem when I access the Caps Lock quick menu and the Police Computer. If I stop and access the Police computer, it will freeze, I can't move my mouse and SOMETIMES I can't exit out of the Computer.

 

Also, when I press the Caps Lock quick menu I can't move the mouse nor select anything. I've tried changing settings like mouse sensitivity and stuff. Restarted and relaunched it a lot of times but it hasn't fixed it.

Do you have a legal copy of GTA IV? Did you use the manual or automatic installer? 

Yeah I have the legit GTAIV on Steam

.

 

And I used the Automatic Installer. Thanks for the quick reply by the way.

Anyway, could you try using the manual installation package instead, by following this guide (>www.lcpdfr.com/topic/25947-how-to-manually-install-lcpdfr-10-using-the-manual-installation-package/). Also, launch the game as administrator by going to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

I'll try running it as Admin then I'll try doing the Manual Installation after. I'll get back to you soon!

 

Running it as Administrator didn't work so I'll try the manual install.

Ah sorry for the bloody late reply. I had an issue with my Internet at home. Anyway, I tried manually installing it, however the same thing is happening. I'm wondering if it could be settings that need to be changed?
