Taking out ELS files results in game loading fine. Putting them back in makes it crash on loading screen. Tried the troubleshooter beforehand. No difference.

 

EDIT: Oh and I'm using the hotfix.

I already had ELS 7 when 1.0 was installed. I'm just saying I found the root cause of the crash, i.e. ELS files.
