Yup, I've got this problem as well. Yes, I am using a valid copy of GTA IV. And yes, I've tried some solutions stated on the other threads. Just ask me what you need.

hi i have the same problem and I press alt P but than my screen gets hazy and it doesn't start

 

 

i don't have a trainer and the game is legal
