Hi, I have problem.My game itself off after 5-10 minutes

I have GTA IV TBoGT and latest update

Is it a legal copy of the game? Steam/Retail? Are you running the game as administrator? Using the latest patch? What mods are you using? List them please. Did you save while on duty? What are your computer specs? Have you downloaded the required dists:

Running the game as administrator: Go to the EFLC folder, right click on EFLC.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAEFLC.exe.

Also, download and extract Scripthook.dll and ScripthookDotNet.asi files to your EFLC directory. (http://www.hazardx.com/details.php?file=83)

You should always run the game as administrator. Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

Car models as in the whole car you are changing or are you just using car textures to change what the car looks like

I use skin police car

just skin 

So you are using the default police cars?
