Crash when game loading

When it loaded the game it crashed and i got this error

any way to fix this?

Don't. 

Your saves are now corrupted, and you will have to delete them. 

The save files are located in 2 different places.

X:Users%username%AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames
X:Users%username%DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames 

Note: The AppData-folder is usually hidden, make sure that you can see hidden files.

Note 2: “X” is the drive where you have installed GTA IV, and %username% is replaced by your username

Note 3: You don't actually have to delete them, just move them.

oh noo :( i might have saved when Roman kind forced me to help him. The good thing i wasnt so far into the game so this is not a problem

Well, as a rule of the thumb: Don't save while on duty :)
