No Speech Key in 1.0?

After installing LCPD:FR 1.0 from 0.95, I attempted to use the Numpad 1, 4, and 7 keys to use speech options. But for some reason, I'm either not able to hear them or the key must have changed.

 

There are still the speech files in the actual LCPD:FR files, but I can't seem to find a way to activate the speech files while on foot or in vehicle (note I tried with both COP_BLACK and FATCOP_WHITE).

 

If it's a simple key solution, just post the key I need to press.

I don't think that function is avalible in LCPDFR 1.0 atm, sorry.

Alrighty, thanks for the fast reply. Hope it comes in a quick update soon as it's hard to RP without voice commands.
