Featured Replies

Ok guys, I need some help. badly. My els lights look God awful no matter what time of day. I just need to know what file i need to change or modify to get them to look like the picture I have posted below. Mine is on the left. I just want them to look more vibrant and true red and blue. And not blurry or anything..Thanks in advance guys...

Open your visualsettings file with notepad. It's located in the common/data/ folder for GTA IV but for EFLC you will need to use this file instead: TLaD/common/data for TLaD, and TBoGT/common/data/ for TBoGT.

Find this line in your visual settings file:

# Other emissive lights
car.defaultlight.emissive.on xx

and change it to:

# Other emissive lights
car.defaultlight.emissive.on 141.50

Play around with the settings as you like if it's too bright/too low.

Yeah i just like where you can see the actual lights or LED's on the light bar. They are nice and bright now I just dont like the glow around the lightbar where you cant even see the glass

Yeah, definitely reduce the settings just a small notch down. IMO it doesn't look that bad.

Updated pic....figured that out now just have glare all over the screen...hahaha Gah this is difficult...
