After a very long time of GTA4 not working, I uninstalled the game and SparkIV. It started working today, I redownloaded all my mods, and the new LCPDFR 1.0, but I can't use SparkIV. It says that the GTAIV.exe "seems to be modified or is a newer version". I have GTAIV on Steam, so it's a legitimate copy. Since I uninstalled I lost all my ELS cars, and without SparkIV, I can't install anymore cars. I attached the error message if it helps...
