Alt+P does nothing

Hey there,

I am joining the crowd with my 1.0 Frustrations. I have used both Auto Install and after removing files again with the Auto Install/Uninstaller, I manually installed as well. I hit Alt+P and nothing happens...

 

I have completely removed .95 per "Jays" guide, and used the manual installer to download the latest versions of dirext x, dotnet4.5, C++, and GFWL (All came with auto install, also instructions from "ineseri")

 

Legal, non-steam copy of EFLC

 

Everything Running on Admin

 

Latest Patches

 

Running Windows 7

 

Mods:

Brake Light

ALM

GTA Policing Tools

Indicator

Dash Cam V2

Policing

vdH ME, PoliceHelper, Tow

vpCallouts

Would it be possible for you to attach the logs and try running without any mods, except LCPDFR?
