I don't understand why, it just crashes in about 20 mins. Here's the Windows Event View log:

Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

The game is legal, btw. Yes, running As Administrator, 1.0.7.0, I'm using ELS and modded police cars. My OS is Windows 8, as said above. The installation is fresh, I uninstalled GTA IV before installing LCPD:FR

I'll try installing theese links.

 

EDIT: Installers say that I have already installed the softwares.
