You shouldn't use 0.95 and 1.0 together. Remove one of them, prefferably 0.95 (http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-lcpdfr-r19).

Also: Legal copy of the game? Running the game as administrator? Latest patch? What other mods are you using? What operating system are you using? Make sure that LCPDFR 0.95 is removed.

Also, please install these

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653

http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5549 (If you haven’t updated GFWL, use this).

Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

Ok, I'll try removing both of them, and then re-installing. Whats the best way to un-install?

Legal copy of the game? YES

Running the game as administrator? YES

Latest patch? YES

What other mods are you using? Modded Cars, and Bravehearts policing script

What operating system are you using? Win 7, 64bit

I linked a guide to uninstall 0.95. I you want to remove everything (including GTA IV: Run the uninstaller, delete all files in the directory and install again).
