Ok so I was reading the PDF files that came with LCPDFR 1.0 and it said that the sirens will go silent when you hit the lighting mode key

so I decided to install a FRESH install of GTAIV and then install LCPDFR 1.0 and the first thing I did was hit the lighting mode key and then I crashed, so I tried again and the same thing happened again. Please help.
