LCPDFR Random CTD's

Ok, so the crashes appear to have no similarity, except in log files, as the actions taking place in game have been in no way similar.

The game is a full, unlocked(through IObit Unlocker), admin rights, fresh - vanilla, 1.0.7.0 install of the game.

All microsoft required packages are installed, and everything seems to have gone well, except for the crashes(and the taser doesn't work, but that's the least of my worries).

After LCPDFR installed, I added in a few reliable cop car models(charger, suburban, taurus, & cvpi), along with ELS 7.0

Attached are all 3 logs.

EDIT: Literally nothing else. Entirely fresh install(after first downloading and completely updating the game from steam, I backed up that install which I now use for all fresh setups), not even running a traffic loader, as I'd rather sit around with the taxi bug until I can get LCPDFR itself working, then I can deal with the taxis.
