HI there I'm new to the forum and modding(i got my PC for Christmas) and I'm having trouble with LCPDFR 1.0

 

First when i installed it the alt p key wouldn't work so i did a clean install 3 times and now it works. However when I am given the option to join a pursuit it says press "~" but thats the console key. How do I fix this?
