Trouble Loading Game with LCPDFR 1.0 "Fatal Error"

Just installed LCPDFR 1.0 automatic installation everything went well then while loading the game after selecting start at the main menu the game crashes and stated GTA IV Fatal Error.  I did read around before posting this to see if I could fix the issue myself but was unable to.  As stated in this website the two logs required for assistance are below.  I did also download and run the GTA IV diagnostics as recommended from this website and it stated as follows below as well.  For some reason the diagnostic report states that LCPDFR is not found nor are the settings or the audio for it as well as it showing that NET scripthook is out of date is thats the problem how would I upgrade that?  If thats not the problem any thoughts on what might be?   Thanks so much for any help.  Really looking forward to playing this.

You appear to be missing LCPDFR Loader.net.dll. Try fetching it out of the manual installation (it's in the scripts folder). Without it, LCPDFR won't load.

I found it.  Does that go in the main GTA IV directory or the scrips folder?


I put it in the main directory didnt work then put it in the scripts then loaded the game finally but after say 5 minutes of me playing then when I hit quit to exit the game it showed the same error it actually stated "fatal error out of memory reboot system"  and when I redid the diagnostic it was still the same nothing changed.  

 

???? Any Thoughts?????

Ok now its working but only for a little while still crashes in the middle of the game just stating GTA IV is not working and then still crashes when starting up saying "fatal error out of memory reboot system"
